1. Who we are

Blueprinted Marketing ("Blueprinted," "we," "us," or "our") is a sole-proprietor fractional CMO practice operated by Sam Conley out of Las Vegas, Nevada. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at blueprintedmarketing.com, our paid engagements (the Marketing Blueprint, Strategic Advisor, and Fractional CMO seat), our newsletter ("Field Notes"), our free downloads ("lead magnets"), and any community we host on third-party platforms such as Skool (a Skool community). By using the site or any of these offerings, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use this site or engage Blueprinted Marketing. Paid engagements are intended for owners and operators of home service businesses generating at least $750,000 in annual revenue. Sub-$750K operators are welcome to use the free resources and the private community.

3. Content and intellectual property

All written content, frameworks, scoring rubrics, scoreboards, illustrations, downloadable PDFs, code, and marks on this site are owned by Blueprinted Marketing or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of our public content with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or use our materials to train a commercial AI model without prior written permission.

4. Engagements and payments

All paid engagements are governed by a separate signed engagement letter that controls in the event of conflict with these Terms. Our pricing is published and flat: $7,500 for the Marketing Blueprint, $7,500/month for Strategic Advisor, and $15,000/month for the Fractional CMO seat. Retainers run on 6–12 month minimum terms, billed monthly in advance on the 1st.

5. No employment, no agency

Blueprinted Marketing acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship. We provide strategic leadership and direction — we do not perform technical implementation, manage your ad accounts, or act as your agent.

6. No guarantees

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control — your market, your team's execution, your operational capacity, and macroeconomic conditions among them. We make no guarantee of revenue, ranking, lead volume, or specific outcome. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual results; yours will differ.

7. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or backend;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest content for AI training without written permission;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Submit assessment, lead-magnet, or audit forms with false or third-party data without consent.

8. Third-party services

We use third-party platforms to deliver our service, including Resend (email), TidyCal (scheduling), Skool (community), and Stripe (payment processing in some engagements). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our free content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprinted Marketing's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 if no fees have been paid.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
